Mitchel Craddock couldn’t wait to celebrate his bachelor party with his best friends. He and his eight groomsmen recently headed into the woods of Tennessee for a guys-only getaway.

However, things took an unexpected turn the very first morning of their trip.

While the guys were cooking bacon inside their cabin, they saw a female dog standing at the front door. She was hesitant to step foot inside, but it was clear she was interested in their breakfast.

The guys befriended the sweet and friendly dog, and named her Annie. They could tell she was a stray who recently had puppies, but was so malnourished that her milk dried up.

When the guys took Annie outside to run around in the woods, they noticed she acted very protective over one grassy spot in particular. That’s when they discovered Annie’s seven pups who were safely nuzzled up inside a hole in the ground.

Each of the seven puppies proceeded to emerge from the hole. The more Annie watched the guys interact with her puppies, the more she grew to trust them.

Knox, Bear, Daisy, Gunner, Brimmy, Finn, and Rose were found in surprisingly healthy shape. “The mom had given the pups literally everything she had,” Mitchel says.

Before they knew it, Mitchel and his groomsmen had forgone their original plan for a party-filled bachelor weekend. Instead, they were happily taking care of the canine family and spent all their money on dog food and supplies.

Now comes the very best part:All eight dogs, including Annie, were adopted by the groom and his groomsmen or their loved ones.

And they all live within a five-mile radius.

It’s hard to believe that such cruelty exists and that people could be so cold like this to intentionally let a poor dog in such conditions. It’s simply a false sense of power that these kinds of people have, I cannot think of any other reason.

Little Liszka is a beautiful dog that was forced to grow up in the worst of circumstances. Since she was a tiny puppy, her abusive owner forced her to lie in a tiny rusty cage surrounded by her own droppings. For months and months, she was cooped up in this tiny cage and knew nothing of the outside world for so long. She was so stationery that her back legs actually began to seize up from lack of use.

While it’s terrible that her awful human abused her so horrifically, we can all be thankful that a group of rescuers happened to come across the poor animal begging for love. Her human was so aggressiveto the rescue team that they actually had to call the police for help.

Since then, baby Liszka has been surrounded by humans who actually know how to treat their animals with respect. And while her legs are still in the process of healing, as she strengthens herself up and gets back to health, doctors are hopeful that she’ll be back to normal in no time! Meanwhile, her abusive human is facing some hefty animal abuse charges justice will be served!

Liszka was actually horrified ofallhumans when she was first rescued, but when you look at her face nowadays? It almost seems like she’s laughing because she loves the feeling of the earth under her paws so much! For anyone who doesn’t believe that animals have emotions, you might want to watch this precious angel.

A baby born prematurely can be a very scary experience for any parent. Even with the amazing advances in medical technology, it’s still be frightening for the mother and father, who will feel totally powerless to help their little one in their earliest days on earth.

So when little Freya was born several weeks premature, her mother, Laurie, was understandably worried for her little girl’s fate. But a mere five days after she first entered the world, her little angel did something to let everyone know that she was here to stay for a good, long while: she smiled.

Some people say that Freya was smiling because she was “happy to be alive,” while others still think she could sense her parent’s worry and wanted to tell them that she was safe. No matter what you might think, there’s one thing we can all agree on: She has a stunning smile, even without teeth!

Laurie posted the adorable picture and, within hours, countless parents from all around the world were sharing the stories of their own premature babies. Not only is it great to see so many happy and healthy babies, but these adorable little newborns are inspiring parents who are currently dealing with their own preemie babies giving them hope and a reason to smile duringtheir own trying times!

On a trip abroad to Thailand, Canadian traveler Meagan Penman spotted a paralyzed dog strugglingto crawl cross the beach.

Meagan instantly went to help the poor paraplegic, malnourished pup who had terrible wounds on his legs.

The dog had survived a terrible motorcycle accident, and whoever his owner was, did absolutely nothing to provide the dog with the medical care he so desperately needed.

Shecouldn’t find any rescues in Thailand who would take him in butshe knew if the dog didn’t get help soon he would die, maybe evenright there on the sand.

In Thailand, Meagan unexpectedly discovered a poor dog dragging his body across the beach. She took him to a local vet where X-Rays showed his spine was broken.

You don’t see this kind of thing often. A little girl was lost in the crowd, in tears, as she searched for her mother. On the other side of the stadium, there was her terrified mother, frantically searching for her lost little girl.

Famous tennis player Rafael Nadal was about to serve during a doubles exhibition match, but when he looked up at the crowd and saw the face of the scared mom, he stopped the entire match.

The tennis players all waited out on the court, patiently until the situation was rectified. That takes a lot of courage, to take your head out of the game when you’re in the zone you could really risk losing. But it didn’t matter, the lost child was the number one priority in this moment.

The child with tears pouring down her eyes was spotted not too far away in the crowd. The mother and daughter ran to each other in an emotional embrace.

The crowd applauded and cheered knowing the child was safe.

In a crowded area, one minute your child is right next to you, then you turn your head and somehow they’ve disappeared. I know when I was a kid, I would accidentally make the mistake of going to hold a stranger’s hand, assuming she was my mom, if we were at a carnival or fair and I was distracted.

Things like this happen, but thank goodness these two were reunited quickly.

Baby From Nirvanas Album Cover Recreates Iconic Photograph 25 Years Later

Whether you’re a fan of Nirvana or not, chances are that you’re familiar with the cover of their Nevermind album. It’s the one with a naked baby chasing a dollar in a swimming pool, and a reader’s poll for Rolling Stone magazine rated it as the third most iconic cover of all time.

Well believe it or not, that little baby – named Spencer Elden – is now 25 years old, and in homage to the album’s quarter century anniversary, he recently decided to recreate the pose that made him famous. He wanted to do it “au naturel” in order to stay true to the original, but the photographer John Chapple fortunately talked him out of it and convinced him to wear shorts for the shoot. Chapple paid him $200, which is exactly what Elden’s parents were paid for Spencer’s involvement in the Nevermind cover, but it’s not so much about the money as it is about honoring what is arguably the defining album of the grunge movement.

Abandoned by his mother at 2 months old, and having to face bullying from other pandas growing up, now Qizai, the only brown panda in the world, is thriving and becoming a celebrity of the animal world!

Qizai, whose name means ‘the seventh son’ was found as a weak and neglected cub in a nature reserve in Qingling Mountains in Central China. Apparently, his mother disappeared into the jungle, but one thing is sure – she was black and white.

Therefore, the fact that Qizai has a brown and white coat is even more intriguing. Scientists guess that it’s due to some genetic mutation. Despite his tough childhood, Qizai, now at age 7, has turned into a fine specimen, and Chinese experts are planning to find him a mate. Being able to observe and study the appearance of his child, researchers would get a step closer to solving brown fur’s mystery.

Meanwhile, Qizai is enjoying a good life at the Foping Panda Valley, and times when other pandas would steal his food are in the past. Qizai has a personal care-taker, who plans his life around her eating schedule. The keeper wakes up at 6am and goes to sleep at midnight, just to make sure Qizai has a full bellly and is safe and sound.
The celebrity panda now weighs more than 220 pounds and eats around 44 pounds of bamboo every day.

‘He is slower than the other pandas, but he is also cuter,’ Qizai’s keeper told MailOnline, describing the bear as a ‘gentle, funny and adorable’ animal.
